Dear Sir Phil,

Please know that you have a silent army praying for you each day. You have blessed the hearts of mankind globally, no mean feat, Sir. Just know that you are respected and held in a place of honor and if you truly are retiring, we say God bless you and well done faithful servant, very most exceedingly well done. Stepping away may bring contentment, discernment and a rebirth, not a sermon, just a thought.
