1. Type on the screen - or write in after printing the form - how many of each CD you are ordering, what they cost and the postage charges in Section 1.
2. Type/write your name and the delivery address details in Section 2.
3. If you are paying using your credit card please type/write these details in Section 3. If typed, these details are only displayed not recorded.
4. If paying by cheque please make your cheque payable to 'Hit & Run Music Ltd'. To avoid unnecessary delays in processing Non-UK personal cheques we suggest you use either an International Money Order or a Banker's Draft. Foreign personal cheques can take over a month to clear.
5 . Print the form using your browser 'print' button and then fax it or post it to Expression Records.
