Forum Feedback

I'm with all the others on this - I prefer the layout of the old Genesis and Phil Collins forums (and even the Peter Gabriel forum). This new forum appears to load much more slowly, and I hate the fact that you can't send private messages. The formatting also looks a bit weird. The rest of the site looks promising though - I'm hoping that this will be more than just a promotional site for the new album. Now that the Genesis website is no more, it'd be great to have a regularly updated site where fans can interact and check out the latest news. And maybe in the future we'll be able to download new music from Phil?

I love the new site, so happy

I love the new site, so happy to be back, but I too preffered the layout of the old forum. It was easier to use and figure out.

I want my name back and can't

I want my name back and can't figure out how to change it on here with that OpenID stuff. Grrrrrr

Just from reading the

Just from reading the comments throughout the rest of the forum, it sounds like the forum itself is people’s main concern. While I, like rockislife42, was never on the previous forum (I’ve discovered the internet since then – beautiful thing really), I can see how navigation is getting to be a problem. It’s hard to discern people’s replies from new postings. However, I have also gathered that the site’s official launch is in September to be timed with the release of Going Back. I’m guessing modifications will be made as per suggestions mentioned here.

I'm new so I don't know what

I'm new so I don't know what any of the old forums looked like, but I don't really like the navigation/format of this forum, maybe we could have a sidebar or something so that we don't have to keep clicking "Forums" when we want to go to something else.
