Hello and Welcome!
Hello there everyone!
My name is Mike, and I'm going to be the Webmaster/Moderator for this site, in conjunction with the good people I've met at Warner Brothers Music who are hosting this site.
Some of you may remember me from the Official Genesis site, where I webmastered/moderated there also. As much as I enjoyed that experience, I have the feeling that the people I'm working with on this site are going to give a lot of support to this site.
Obviously, we're in the early days of this site, and it's very much focused on the Going Back release that is coming out in September of this year. In my conversations with the Warner folks about this site, there are some cool things coming down the pike. As you can see, you can now pre-order the new album, and I was talking today about the possibility of running some contests on the site. If you have any suggestions about possible contests, I'm all ears.
Some have asked whether Phil himself will be involved in the site. That's still being discussed exactly how he'll interact with fans here, but there's a definite interest in interaction happening.
Anyway, I hope you're all doing well, and I look forward to getting to know the personalities here.

Will it continue after the release of "Going Back?" I certainly hope so, but I'm sure that will be determined later on. If I have anything to do with it, it will continue.

The jibbing ref the old G site was never meant to be a personal attack on you and I apologise up front if you viewed it in that way.

You are not going to offer any free Cd's are you ? Do you have any idea how peed off the Genesis fans are on this so called gift we where 'sort of' sent.
Does this website have anything to do with live nation/ultrastar ?
Do you know if there are plans to keep this going into the future or will it disappear once going back has been released ?

The ITV show, I don't know if it'll be shown in other countries in the future, but I know that the show recorded in NYC will be shown in certain markets in November. That's a full show, while the ITV show was just a selection of songs. I wouldn't be surprised if the ITV show shows up somewhere though...
